Nothing wrong with rendering to images and compile, it is in fact recommendable, though for previews I always find it easier and faster to render to quicktime directly, now that isn´t generally recommended but for quicktesting and not too advanced scenes it´s working just fine, and will get me there to the previews faster than rendering to images. Best workflow is as mentioned to render to image format and compile later by using video editors, free tools works pretty decently like Davinci resolve to load png´s or tga for example, or use commercial tools like Adobe premier or other cheaper tools.īut yes you can export to Avi´s uncompressed and compressed, or quicktime animated Large files but good quality or quicktime h264, which is most common and easy to upload to youtube.
